Can I return or exchange my shirt?

Absolutely.  You can return or exchange any clean, unworn, unwashed shirt within 30 days of receiving it for a) another shirt, b) American currency, or c) silly putty.  This allows you to shop with confidence, and we’re confident you’ll like our shirts.

 

What brand of shirts do you use?

All of our shirts are printed on American Apparel T-shirts.  This means they are the best, most comfortable shirts money can buy.  The shirts are all made in downtown Los Angeles, so you can be both patriotic and funny at the same time.

 

How do I care for my shirt?

The American Apparel shirts are 100% combed cotton, so there will be some shrinkage.  Wash warm, dry low.  The best way to care for your shirt:  tell it you love it at least once a day.

 

Are your shirts screen printed?

You better believe it.  Other T-shirt sites in the shirtosphere use print-on-demand technology, which means their shirts are lower quality and the colors fade quickly.  All of our shirts are screen printed and then stored in our shirt shelter until caring, adoptive parents decide to give the shirts a new home.

 

When will I receive my shirt(s)?

All orders take 1-2 business days to process from the warehouse.  This allows us to have proper relationship closure with each shirt so we are emotionally stronger to deal with the separation.  Also, we make sure to tell each shirt about their new owners so they are excited to see your face when you open the package.

 

What are the shipping options?

We use the good ole United States Postal Service.  Options are:  Standard ($4.95 for one shirt), Priority ($9.95 for one shirt), and Express ($18.95 for one shirt).  Also, you get FREE SHIPPING if you buy 2 or more SHIRTS.  That’s a good deal.

 

How do I contact you?

Either email info@dotyourtees.com or fill out our contact form.  Alternatively, we are working with a large American retailer to pioneer a new communication medium, so you can also drive to your local Wal-Mart and use your car horn to honk out Morse code.  Don’t be fooled by the angry looks you get.  We will hear you.

 

What do you do with my information?

We keep it in our secret vault along with our Loch Ness Monster pics and Elvis’ current address.  We do not distribute your information to anyone under any circumstances.  Don’t worry.

 

What is your policy on customer service?

Customer service is our first priority.  Without you (our loyal, exceptionally good looking customers), we would be like the picture of Marty McFly’s family from Back to the Future…slowly fading into oblivion.  Please let us know if there is ever anything we can do to help you live a happier, more fulfilled life.

 

What if I have funny ideas?

Send them to us!  We gladly accept customer input, so email us at ideas@dotyourtees.com.  If we use your idea, you will get a T-shirt for you and 10 of your friends.  And you will receive good karma.
